중소기업협동조합법 제79조(준용 규정)
사업조합의 조합원에 관하여는 제15조부터 제26조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "조합"은 "사업조합"으로, 제16조제3항 중 "100분의 20"은 "100분의 30"으로 본다.
