중소기업협동조합법 제78조(조합원의 자격)

제2조제1호가목에 따른 중소기업자로서 정관으로 정하는 자는 그 사업조합의 조합원이 될 자격을 가진다. 다만, 같은 업종 사업조합의 조합원에 대하여는 제13조제1항 및 제3항을 준용한다. <개정 2010.6.8>
