Enforcement Decree of the Resident Registration Act, Article 58 (Verification of the Authenticity of Resident Registration Cards, etc.)

① 행정안전부장관은 법 제35조제2호에 따른 주민등록증등의 진위 확인이 필요하다고 인정되면 전화자동응답시스템, 전자민원창구, 주민등록증 진위확인시스템 등의 주민등록정보시스템 또는 「전자정부법 시행령」 제12조제4항에 따른 신원확인에 공통적으로 적용되는 운영기반을 통해 그 진위를 확인해 줄 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2023.1.10, 2024.12.3>
