정보통신공사업법 제37조의3(정보통신설비의 유지보수등에 대한 점검 및 확인 등)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 일정 규모 이상의 건축물등에 설치된 정보통신설비의 소유자 또는 관리자(이하 "관리주체"라 한다)는 유지보수ㆍ관리기준을 준수하여야 한다.

② 관리주체는 유지보수ㆍ관리기준에 따라 정보통신설비의 유지보수등에 필요한 성능을 점검(이하 "성능점검"이라 한다)하고 그 점검기록을 작성하여야 한다. 이 경우 관리주체는 공사업자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 성능점검 및 점검기록의 작성을 대행하게 할 수 있다.

③ 관리주체는 제2항에 따라 작성한 점검기록을 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 보존하여야 하며, 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 그 점검기록의 제출을 요청하는 경우 이에 따라야 한다.
