전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제63조(조정의 각하 및 중지)

① 조정위원회는 분쟁의 성질상 조정위원회에서 조정하는 것이 적합하지 아니하다고 인정하거나 부정한 목적으로 신청되었다고 인정하면 그 조정신청을 각하할 수 있다. 이 경우 조정각하의 사유 등을 신청인에게 알려야 한다.

② 조정위원회는 신청된 조정사건을 처리하는 중에 어느 한 쪽 분쟁당사자가 소를 제기하였을 때에는 조정 절차를 중지하고 이 사실을 분쟁당사자에게 알려야 한다.
