전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제363조(외국인 문화예술인 및 관광사업 종사자 특례)

법무부장관은 「출입국관리법」 제8조 및 제10조의2에도 불구하고 통합특별시장이 요청하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 지구ㆍ특구 내에서 활동하는 문화예술인 및 「관광진흥법」에 따른 관광사업체에 종사하는 외국인에 대한 사증발급 절차와 1회에 부여할 수 있는 체류자격별 체류기간 상한을 달리 정할 수 있다.
