자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 법률 제7조의2(개인형 이동장치 통행제한구간의 지정)

① 도로관리청은 자전거도로에서 안전하고 원활하게 소통하기 위하여 자전거도로의 일정 구간을 지정하여 개인형 이동장치의 통행을 금지하거나 제한할 수 있다.

② 도로관리청은 제1항에 따라 개인형 이동장치의 통행 금지 또는 제한 구간을 지정할 때에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 의견을 들어야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

③ 도로관리청은 제1항에 따라 개인형 이동장치의 통행 금지 또는 제한 구간을 지정할 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 고시하여야 한다. 그 지정을 변경하거나 해제할 때에도 또한 같다.

④ 도로관리청은 개인형 이동장치의 통행 금지 또는 제한 구간의 입구나 그 밖에 필요한 장소에 개인형 이동장치의 통행이 금지되거나 제한된다는 내용을 구체적으로 명시한 안전표지를 설치하여야 한다.
