임금채권보장법 제13조(재산목록의 제출명령)

① 고용노동부장관은 제7조 또는 제7조의2에 따라 근로자에게 대지급금을 지급하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 사업주에게 재산 관계를 구체적으로 밝힌 재산목록의 제출을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.4.13>

② 제1항에 따른 재산목록 제출명령을 받은 사업주는 특별한 사유가 없으면 7일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 재산 관계를 구체적으로 밝힌 재산목록을 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
