영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제54조(등급의 재분류)

①제50조 또는 제50조의2제3항에 따른 등급분류에 이의가 있는 자는 그 결정의 통지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 구체적인 사유를 명시하여 영상물등급위원회에 이의를 신청하여 등급분류를 다시 받을 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.17, 2022.9.27, 2023.8.8>

② 영상물등급위원회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 심사하여 그 신청에 이유가 있는 경우에는 신청을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 등급을 다시 분류하여 신청인 또는 대리인에게 통지하여야 하고, 그 신청에 이유가 없는 경우에는 이유 없음을 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 결과 통지 기간은 연장할 수 없다. <개정 2023.5.16>
