여객자동차 운수사업법 제60조(조합 및 연합회의 공제사업)

① 조합과 연합회는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부장관의 허가를 받아 공제사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 공제사업의 분담금, 운영위원회, 공제사업의 범위, 공제규정(共濟規程), 보고ㆍ검사, 개선명령, 공제사업을 관리ㆍ운영하는 조합 및 연합회의 임직원에 대한 제재, 재무건정성의 유지 등에 관하여는 제61조제5항, 제63조, 제63조의2, 제64조(제1항제7호는 제외한다), 제65조부터 제68조까지 및 제68조의2를 준용한다. <개정 2021.3.23, 2021.7.27>
