양식산업발전법 제81조(과태료)

1. 제21조제1항(제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제2항을 위반하여 그 양식업권을 취득하거나 허가를 받은 날부터 1년 이내에 양식업을 시작하지 아니하거나 양식업을 시작한 후 1년이 지났으나 계속하여 해당 양식장을 휴업 상태로 둔 자

2. 제22조제1항 및 제2항(제52조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하고 휴업을 한 자

11. 제55조제1항에 따른 지정을 받지 아니하고 유어장을 운영한 자
