약사법 제87조(비밀 누설 금지)

①약사ㆍ한약사는 이 법 또는 다른 법령에 규정된 경우 외에는 의약품을 조제ㆍ판매하면서 알게 된 타인의 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2007.10.17>

② 제47조의3제2항에 따라 의약품 품목허가를 받은 자ㆍ수입자 및 의약품 도매상 등의 영업에 관한 비밀을 업무상 알게 된 자는 그 비밀을 타인에게 누설하거나 업무목적 외의 용도로 사용하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2007.10.17, 2016.12.2>
