Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 10 (Scope of Academic Research)
법 제14조제1항제1호 및 제19조제1항제1호에 따른 "학술 연구"란 각각 다음 각 호의 연구로 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
"Academic research" under Article 14 (1) 1 and Article 19 (1) 1 of the Act means each of the following kinds of research:
1. 각급 학교 및 연구기관의 연구
1. Research at schools of all levels and research institutes;
2. 의학상 필요한 연구
2. Research necessary for medical purposes.
