수산생물질병 관리법 제5조(종합계획 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 수산생물질병의 예방ㆍ진단ㆍ치료를 위한 의약품 개발 및 수산생물의 위생환경개선을 위한 기술개발 등에 관한 종합계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.21, 2013.3.23>
