선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제91조(체당 비용등의 회수)

① 관리인은 제90조제1항제1호에 따라 체당한 비용등을 신청인으로부터 회수하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 결정은 관리인과 신청인에게 송달하여야 한다.

④ 제2항에 따른 결정에 대하여는 제15조제3항 및 제4항을 준용한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에 따른 비용등의 회수가 불가능한 경우 관리인은 법원의 허가를 받아 그 비용등을 기금에서 지출한다.
