Act on Procedures for Limitation of Liability of Shipowners, etc., Article 90 (Advancing Costs, etc. from the Fund)

① 다음 각 호의 경우에는 관리인은 법원의 허가를 받아 비용등의 추산액을 기금으로부터 체당할 수 있다.
