상속세 및 증여세법 시행규칙 제25조(공익법인관련서식)

①영 제41조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "재정경제부령으로 정하는 다음 각 호에 규정하는 사항에 관한 서류"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것을 말한다. <개정 1999.5.7, 2001.4.3, 2005.3.19, 2006.4.25, 2008.4.30, 2010.3.31, 2026.1.2>
