산지관리법 제52조(권한의 위임 등)

① 이 법에 따른 산림청장의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 그 소속기관의 장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다.

② 산림청장은 이 법에 따른 사업을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「산림조합법」에 따른 산림조합중앙회, 산림조합 또는 협회로 하여금 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.2>
