산지관리법 제18조의5(이해관계인 등의 범위 등)

① 산림청장등 또는 관계 행정기관의 장은 제18조의4제1항에 해당하는 산지에 대하여 제8조에 따른 구역 등의 지정협의, 제14조 또는 제15조의2에 따른 산지전용허가ㆍ산지전용협의 또는 산지일시사용허가ㆍ산지일시사용협의(이하 이 조에서 "허가ㆍ협의"라 한다)를 한 때에는 이해관계인 등이 그 내용을 알 수 있도록 해당 기관의 게시판 또는 전자매체 등에 공고하고 이해관계인 등이 관계 서류를 14일 이상 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

② 제18조의4제1항에 따라 이의신청을 할 수 있는 이해관계인 등이란 허가ㆍ협의의 대상인 사업구역의 경계로부터 반지름 500미터 안에 소재하는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다. <개정 2020.5.26>

③ 이해관계인 등이 제18조의4제1항에 따른 이의신청을 하려면 허가ㆍ협의사실이 공고된 날부터 30일 이내에 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 이의신청서에 제2항 각 호에 해당하는 전체 인원의 과반수의 연대서명을 받은 연대서명부를 붙여 산림청장등에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
