사회보장급여의 이용ㆍ제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률 제28조(사회보장정보 등의 협의ㆍ조정)

① 보장기관의 장 또는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장이 제23조에 따른 사회보장정보의 처리 등, 제24조에 따른 사회보장정보시스템의 이용, 제27조에 따른 사회보장정보의 표준화, 제51조에 따른 업무의 위임ㆍ위탁 등에 관하여 의견이 있는 경우에는 보건복지부장관과 협의하고, 협의가 이루어지지 아니할 경우 「사회보장기본법」 제20조에 따른 사회보장위원회(이하 "사회보장위원회"라 한다)가 이를 조정한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 협의를 원활히 진행하기 위하여 사회보장정보협의체를 운영할 수 있으며, 사회보장정보협의체의 역할 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
