사회보장급여의 이용ㆍ제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률 제27조(사회보장정보의 표준화)

보건복지부장관은 사회보장정보의 공동 활용을 통하여 국민이 사회보장급여의 이용을 편리하게 할 수 있도록 사회보장정보와 관련된 각종 기준, 절차, 방법, 서식 등을 표준화하여 보장기관의 장에게 제시할 수 있다. 이 경우 보장기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
