빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 시행령 제20조의2(창립총회의 소집절차 등)

① 토지등소유자는 법 제23조제1항ㆍ제2항 및 제4항에 따른 창립총회(이하 "창립총회"라 한다)를 개최하려는 경우 토지등소유자 과반수의 동의로 대표자를 선임해야 한다.

② 창립총회는 대표자의 직권 또는 토지등소유자 5분의 1 이상의 요구로 대표자가 소집한다. 다만, 토지등소유자 5분의 1 이상의 소집요구에도 불구하고 대표자가 2주 이상 소집요구에 응하지 않는 경우에는 소집을 요구한 자의 대표자가 소집할 수 있다.
