비송사건절차법 제83조(단주 매각의 허가신청)
「상법」 제443조제1항 단서(「상법」 제461조제2항 및 제530조제3항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 허가의 신청에 관하여는 제82조를 준용한다.
