Special Act on the Development of the East, West, and South Coastal Areas and Inland Areas, Article 23 (East, West, and South Coastal Areas and Inland Areas Development Planning Group)

① 해안권 또는 내륙권 발전과 관련된 업무를 수행하기 위하여 국토교통부장관 소속으로 동ㆍ서ㆍ남해안 및 내륙권 발전기획단(이하 "기획단"이라 한다)을 둔다. <개정 2009.4.1, 2010.4.15, 2011.5.30, 2013.3.23>

(1) An앤 East,이스트 West,웨스트 and앤드 South사우^θ스 Coastal코우스틀 Areas에^r리어즈 and앤드 Inland인랜드 Areas에^r리어즈 Development디^v벨럽먼트 Planning플래닝 Group그^r루프 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Planning플래닝 Group")그^r루프 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 to투 perform퍼^f폼 work워크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 coastal코우스틀 areas에^r리어즈 or오 inland인랜드 areas.에^r리어즈

1. 해안권 및 내륙권 발전에 관한 정책 및 제도 입안ㆍ기획

1. Drafting드^r래^f프팅 and앤드 planning플래닝 of어^v브 policies팔러시즈 and앤드 systems시스텀즈 for^f포 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 coastal코우스틀 areas에^r리어즈 and앤드 inland인랜드 areas;에^r리어즈

2. 해안권 및 내륙권 개발계획의 협의 및 조정

2. Consultation칸설테이션 and앤드 coordination코오더네이션 on안 development디^v벨럽먼트 plans플랜즈 for^f포 coastal코우스틀 areas에^r리어즈 and앤드 inland인랜드 areas;에^r리어즈

3. 제6조제1항, 제7조제1항, 제9조제1항, 제12조제3항, 제24조제1항, 제25조제1항 및 제26조제1항에 따른 국토정책위원회의 심의 사항에 대한 의안 작성 등의 보좌
