낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 제23조의4(지역상생협력사업의 지원)

① 「수도법」 제3조제3호의 광역상수원이 있는 지역 중 지방자치단체 간 상생 발전을 지원하기 위하여 기후에너지환경부장관이 고시하는 시ㆍ군을 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수는 지속가능한 지역발전을 유도하는 사업(이하 "지역상생협력사업"이라 한다)에 관한 계획을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다. 이 경우 제37조에 따른 낙동강수계관리위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
