낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 제23조의3(자료 등의 요청 및 처리)

① 제37조에 따른 낙동강수계관리위원회 및 시장ㆍ군수(광역시의 군수를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 구청장은 주민지원사업의 지원 여부를 확인하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 관계 기관의 장에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료 또는 정보 제공을 요청받은 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

② 제37조에 따른 낙동강수계관리위원회 및 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 주민지원사업 업무의 원활한 수행을 위하여 제1항에 따라 제공받은 자료 또는 정보를 처리할 수 있다.
