규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제140조의2(손해배상금 수급전용계좌)

① 제88조제1항 및 제90조제14항에 따라 손해를 배상할 책임이 있는 자(제88조제2항 및 제90조제15항에 따른 책임보험에 가입한 경우에는 그 보험사업자를 말한다. 이하 같다)는 손해배상을 받는 자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 손해배상을 받는 자에게 지급하는 금전(이하 이 조에서 "손해배상금"이라 한다)을 손해배상을 받는 자의 명의의 지정된 계좌로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 손해배상금을 해당 계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 현금 지급 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지급할 수 있다.

② 해당 계좌가 개설된 금융기관은 손해배상금만이 해당 계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신청 방법ㆍ절차와 제2항에 따른 계좌의 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
