군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 제9조(피해위로금)

①제2조제3호나목에 해당하는 납북피해자에 대하여는 피해위로금을 지급한다.

②피해위로금은 납북자의 납북기간을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정한다.

③제1항 및 제2항에 따른 피해위로금을 지급받을 가족의 순위는 제3조제1항 각 호의 순위로 하되, 같은 순위자가 2인 이상인 경우에는 같은 지분으로 피해위로금을 지급받을 권리를 공유한다.
