국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제32조(도시ㆍ군관리계획에 관한 지형도면의 고시 등)

① 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 제30조에 따른 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정(이하 "도시ㆍ군관리계획결정"이라 한다)이 고시되면 지적(地籍)이 표시된 지형도에 도시ㆍ군관리계획에 관한 사항을 자세히 밝힌 도면을 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.7.16>

② 시장(대도시 시장은 제외한다)이나 군수는 제1항에 따른 지형도에 도시ㆍ군관리계획(지구단위계획구역의 지정ㆍ변경과 지구단위계획의 수립ㆍ변경에 관한 도시ㆍ군관리계획은 제외한다)에 관한 사항을 자세히 밝힌 도면(이하 "지형도면"이라 한다)을 작성하면 도지사의 승인을 받아야 한다. 이 경우 지형도면의 승인 신청을 받은 도지사는 그 지형도면과 결정ㆍ고시된 도시ㆍ군관리계획을 대조하여 착오가 없다고 인정되면 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 그 지형도면을 승인하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.7.16>

③ 국토교통부장관(제40조에 따른 수산자원보호구역의 경우 해양수산부장관을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이나 도지사는 도시ㆍ군관리계획을 직접 입안한 경우에는 제1항과 제2항에도 불구하고 관계 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수의 의견을 들어 직접 지형도면을 작성할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>

④ 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장 또는 군수는 직접 지형도면을 작성하거나 지형도면을 승인한 경우에는 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.16>

⑤ 제1항 및 제3항에 따른 지형도면의 작성기준 및 방법과 제4항에 따른 지형도면의 고시방법 및 절차 등에 관하여는 「토지이용규제 기본법」 제8조제2항 및 제6항부터 제9항까지의 규정에 따른다. <개정 2013.7.16>
