국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제90조(연구ㆍ개발과제 수행을 위한 협약 체결 등)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 제89조제3항에 따라 선정된 연구ㆍ개발과제에 대하여 특별한 사유가 없으면 주관연구기관의 장이 선정ㆍ통보를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 주관연구기관의 장과 법 제98조제1항에 따른 협약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 협약에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

④ 주관연구기관의 장은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 해당 연구ㆍ개발과제의 일부를 법 제98조제1항 각 호의 기관 또는 단체 등이나 그 밖의 자에게 위탁하여 수행하게 할 수 있다.

⑤ 주관연구기관의 장은 연구ㆍ개발사업의 결과를 활용할 목적으로 연구개발비의 일부를 부담하고 연구ㆍ개발사업에 참여하는 기업(이하 "참여기업"이라 한다)이 있을 때에는 참여기업의 대표와 참여계약을 체결하고 그 참여계약서 및 기업부담금의 확약에 관한 서류를 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 제89조제6항에 따라 선정된 계속과제 중 연구개발의 목표와 범위가 분명하고 장기계획에 의한 수행이 요구되는 과제 등에 대해서는 협약기간이 2년 이상인 다년도 협약을 체결할 수 있다. 이 경우 협약서에 협약기간을 명시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
