국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제89조(교통기술에 관한 연구ㆍ개발과제의 신청ㆍ선정)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제98조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 교통기술 연구ㆍ개발과제를 선정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 법 제98조제1항에 따라 연구ㆍ개발과제에 관한 연구ㆍ개발사업을 하려는 기관 또는 단체 등은 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 연구ㆍ개발계획서를 작성하여 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 연구ㆍ개발과제의 선정을 위한 위원회(이하 "평가위원회"라 한다)를 구성하고, 제출된 연구ㆍ개발계획서에 대하여 평가위원회의 평가를 거쳐 연구ㆍ개발과제를 선정하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 제3항에 따라 연구ㆍ개발과제를 선정하였을 때에는 제2항에 따라 연구ㆍ개발계획서를 제출한 기관 또는 단체 등에 선정결과, 평가위원의 명단, 종합평가점수 및 의견(평가위원별 평가점수 및 의견은 제외한다)을 포함한 평가 결과를 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 연구ㆍ개발과제를 선정한 분야별 전담기관의 장은 국토교통부장관에게 그 평가 결과를 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 제4항에 따라 해당 연구ㆍ개발과제의 연구개발을 실시하도록 선정ㆍ통보받은 기관 또는 단체 등(이하 "주관연구기관"이라 한다)의 장은 특별한 사정이 없으면 통보를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 제2항에 따라 제출한 연구ㆍ개발계획서를 평가위원회의 의견 등에 따라 보완하여 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 제6항에 따라 계속과제로 선정된 연구ㆍ개발과제의 경우에는 제2차 연도부터 연구ㆍ개발계획서를 갈음하여 해당 연도 실적과 다음 연도 연구계획에 관한 문서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑥ 국토교통부장관 또는 분야별 전담기관의 장은 선정된 연구ㆍ개발과제 중 장기간에 걸쳐 추진할 필요가 있는 연구ㆍ개발과제에 대해서는 10년 이내의 범위에서 계속과제로 선정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑦ 제3항에 따른 평가위원회의 구성 및 운영에 관한 세부 사항에 관하여는 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
