Article 8-2 (Recovery of Research Incentives, etc.)

① 법 제9조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "본인에게 책임이 없는 사유 등 대통령령으로 정하는 정당한 사유"란 다음 각 호의 사유가 있는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2025.6.20>

⑤ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사는 수급자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 연구장려금의 지급을 중지할 수 있다.
