관세법 시행령 제94조(농림축산물에 대한 양허세율의 적용신청)

법 제73조에 따라 국제기구와 관세에 관한 협상에서 국내외 가격차에 상당한 율로 양허하거나 국내시장 개방과 함께 기본세율보다 높은 세율로 양허한 농림축산물을 시장접근물량 이내로 수입하는 자로서 관련 기관의 추천을 받은 자는 해당 추천서를 수입신고 수리 전까지 세관장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 해당 농림축산물이 보세구역에서 반출되지 않은 경우에는 수입신고 수리일부터 15일이 되는 날까지 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2021.2.17>
