관세법 제271조(미수범 등)

① 그 정황을 알면서 제269조 및 제270조에 따른 행위를 교사하거나 방조한 자는 정범(正犯)에 준하여 처벌한다.

② 제268조의2, 제269조 및 제270조의 미수범은 본죄에 준하여 처벌한다.
