공항시설법 시행규칙 제34조(공항운영증명의 취소 등)

① 법 제41조제1항제2호라목에서 "안전목표ㆍ안전조직 및 안전장애 보고체계 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 중요 사항"이란 「항공안전법」 제58조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따른 사항을 말한다.
