공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(신고의무자 변동사항의 통보 등)

① 신고기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 변동사항이 발생한 때에는 그 변동사항을 지체 없이 병무청장이나 지방병무청장에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제8조의2제1항에 따른 병역사항 공개보류자(이하 "병역사항 공개보류자"라 한다)의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 신고기관의 장은 소속 신고의무자의 신상변동으로 인하여 신고기관이 변경되는 경우에는 새로운 신고기관의 장에게 해당 신고의무자의 병역사항 관련 서류를 지체 없이 보내야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 병역사항 관련 서류를 받은 신고기관의 장은 그 사실을 지체 없이 병무청장이나 지방병무청장에게 통보하여야 한다.
