Act on Report and Disclosure of Military Service Information of Public Officials, etc., Article 8-2 (Deferral of disclosure of military service information)

① 병무청장은 국가안전보장 분야 및 국방 분야 등에 종사하여 비밀을 유지할 필요가 있는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람의 병역사항을 공개하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
