공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(병역사항의 공개)

① 병무청장이나 지방병무청장은 법 제8조제1항에 따라 병역사항을 공개하려는 때에는 다음 각 호의 기간 내에 병역사항 공개서를 작성하여 신고의무자가 병무청 홈페이지를 통하여 열람할 수 있도록 하고, 병역사항 공개 7일 전까지 이의신청을 받아 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

② 병무청장은 제1항에 따라 작성한 병역사항 공개서를 지체 없이 행정안전부장관에게 관보게재를 의뢰하고, 병무청 홈페이지에 게재하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 법 제8조제1항 단서에 따라 병역사항 신고서를 통보받은 날부터 1개월이 경과하여 임기가 시작되는 공직선거 당선자는 임기 시작 후 10일 이내에 병역사항을 공개하여야 한다.
