Act on Report and Disclosure of Military Service Information of Public Officials, etc., Article 5 (Report of changes, etc.)

① 신고의무자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 병역사항을 적은 병역사항 변동신고서를 다음 해(제1호의 경우에는 18세가 되는 해) 1월 중에 신고기관에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 신고기간의 연장에 관하여는 제4조제1항 단서를 준용한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
