Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Public Housing, Article 31 (Construction Standards for Public Housing, etc.)

① 법 제37조에 따른 공공주택의 구조ㆍ기능 및 설비에 관한 기준은 「주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정」 제2장 및 제3장을 준용하되, 구체적인 기준은 국토교통부장관이 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 정한다.

③ 주택지구에서 공공주택단지 인근에 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족한다고 사업계획 승인권자가 인정하는 시설이 설치되어 있거나 설치계획이 있는 경우에는 제2항에도 불구하고 「주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정」 제28조 및 제55조의2를 적용하지 아니한다.
