건축법 제75조(건축주 등의 의무)

① 특별건축구역에서 제73조에 따라 건축기준 등의 적용 특례사항을 적용하여 건축허가를 받은 건축물의 공사감리자, 시공자, 건축주, 소유자 및 관리자는 시공 중이거나 건축물의 사용승인 이후에도 당초 허가를 받은 건축물의 형태, 재료, 색채 등이 원형을 유지하도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2012.1.17>
