건축법 제4조의2(건축위원회의 건축 심의 등)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물을 건축하거나 대수선하려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제4조에 따른 건축위원회(이하 "건축위원회"라 한다)의 심의를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2017.1.17>

② 제1항에 따라 심의 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건축위원회에 심의 안건을 상정하고, 심의 결과를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 심의를 신청한 자에게 통보하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu시 who후 receives^r러시^v브즈 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 matter매터 to투 the^ð더 building빌딩 committee커미티 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 and앤드 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 of어^v브 the^ð더 result^r리절트 of어^v브 the^ð더 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

③ 제2항에 따른 건축위원회의 심의 결과에 이의가 있는 자는 심의 결과를 통보받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 건축위원회의 재심의를 신청할 수 있다.

④ 제3항에 따른 재심의 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 신청을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 건축위원회에 재심의 안건을 상정하고, 재심의 결과를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 재심의를 신청한 자에게 통보하여야 한다.
