감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(등록)

① 법 제17조제1항에 따라 등록을 하려는 사람은 등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 감정평가사 자격을 증명하는 서류와 실무수습 및 교육연수의 종료를 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2022.1.21>

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따른 등록신청을 받았을 때에는 신청인이 법 제18조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 감정평가사 등록부에 등재하고, 신청인에게 등록증을 발급하여야 한다.
