Act on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims, etc., Article 8-2 (Qualification Standards for Workers of Emergency Call Centers, Counseling Centers and Shelters)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 긴급전화센터의 장, 상담소의 장, 보호시설의 장 또는 그 밖에 긴급전화센터ㆍ상담소 및 보호시설 종사자가 될 수 없다. <개정 2009.5.8, 2015.6.22, 2023.4.11>

② 긴급전화센터, 상담소 및 보호시설에 근무하는 상담원은 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 요건에 해당하는 자로서 제8조의3에 따른 가정폭력 관련 상담원 교육훈련시설에서 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 상담원 교육훈련과정을 마친 자로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.5.8, 2010.1.18, 2025.10.1>
