Act on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims, etc., Article 8 (Duties of Shelters)

① 보호시설은 피해자등에 대하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 행한다. 다만, 피해자가 동반한 가정 구성원에게는 제1호 외의 업무 일부를 하지 아니할 수 있고, 장기보호시설은 피해자등에 대하여 제1호부터 제5호까지에 규정된 업무(주거편의를 제공하는 업무는 제외한다)를 하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2013.5.28, 2017.12.12>
