5ㆍ18민주화운동 관련자 보상 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(분과위원회의 구성)

①보상심의위원회에 법 제4조제2항제1호의 업무를 처리하는 관련여부심사분과 위원회와 법 제4조제2항제2호의 업무를 처리하는 장해등급판정분과위원회를 둔다.

②각 분과위원회는 보상심의위원회 위원장이 위촉하는 10인이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원장은 각 분과위원회의 위원중에서 호선한다.

③분과위원회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보상심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 보상심의위원회 위원장이 정한다.
