5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제29조의2(채용 또는 고용인원의 산정)

① 제23조제1항 및 제24조의2제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 비율에 따라 산출된 인원이 1명 미만이면 1명으로 하고, 1명 이상이면 소수점 이하를 버린다.

② 제22조 또는 제23조제2항에 따라 일반직공무원등으로 채용되거나 제22조ㆍ제24조의2 또는 제25조에 따라 고용(교원으로 고용된 경우는 제외한다)된 취업지원 대상자가 취업지원 대상에서 제외되었다 하더라도 그가 계속 취업 중이면 그 취업지원 실시기관의 채용비율 또는 고용비율의 산정인원에 그를 포함시켜야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28>

③ 취업지원 대상자가 제22조, 제23조, 제24조의2 또는 제25조에 따른 취업지원 외의 방법으로 채용되거나 고용된 경우에는 그 취업지원 대상자는 취업지원 실시기관의 채용비율이나 고용비율로 산정된 인원에 포함하지 아니한다. <신설 2016.5.29>

④ 제23조제1항, 제24조의2 및 이 조 제2항에 따라 채용 또는 고용 인원을 산정하는 경우 제20조제1항제1호에 해당하는 취업지원 대상자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 장해등급 이상으로 판정받은 5ㆍ18민주화운동부상자에 대한 채용 또는 고용은 그 인원의 2배에 해당하는 인원의 채용 또는 고용으로 본다. <신설 2017.10.31>
