5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제24조의2(기업체 등의 우선고용의무)

① 제21조제2호에 해당하는 취업지원 실시기관은 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제33조의2제1항에 따른 고용비율의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 대상 업체별 고용비율 이상으로 취업지원 대상자를 우선하여 고용하여야 한다.

② 국가보훈부장관은 제1항에도 불구하고 취업지원 대상자가 그 능력에 상응한 직종에 취업할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 필요하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 취업지원 실시기관에 대하여 제1항에 따른 고용비율을 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제33조의2제2항에 따른 비율의 범위에서 확대할 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.4>

③ 제21조제3호에 해당하는 취업지원 실시기관 중 교원을 제외한 교직원의 정원이 5명 이상인 사립학교는 교원을 제외한 고용인원의 10퍼센트 이상으로 취업지원 대상자를 우선하여 고용하여야 한다.
