4ㆍ16세월호참사 피해구제 및 지원 등을 위한 특별법 제14조(재심의)

① 제12조에 따라 결정한 사항에 대하여 이의가 있는 신청인은 제13조에 따른 결정서정본을 송달받은 날부터 30일 이내에 심의위원회에 재심의를 신청할 수 있다.
