4ㆍ16세월호참사 피해구제 및 지원 등을 위한 특별법 제13조(결정서의 송달)

① 심의위원회가 배상금ㆍ위로지원금 및 보상금의 지급 여부 및 금액을 결정한 때에는 30일 이내에 그 결정서정본을 신청인에게 송달하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 송달에 관하여는 「민사소송법」의 송달에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
